This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for products purchased on tradingmistake.com (the "Site"), operated by Trading Mistake. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Final Sale — No Refunds for Change of Mind
All product purchases on this Site are final sales. Once a product has been delivered as described, we do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or didn't use it. At checkout, you're required to confirm you understand and agree to this before completing your purchase.
Box Indicator ($99 CAD)
Delivered within 24 hours of purchase, granting 1 year of personal-use access to the indicator. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, email info@famelee.ai and we'll resend it — this is treated as a non-delivery issue, not a refund request, and we'll make it right.
Personalized Song ($49 CAD)
1 personalized song, written and produced by a real artist (with AI tools used as part of the process), based on the occasion, language, and story you submit at checkout. Delivered by email within 5–24 hours of purchase. Because each song is custom-made specifically for you, we can't offer a refund once your song has been delivered — please double check your occasion, language, and story details before purchasing. If your song hasn't arrived within 24 hours, or what you received doesn't match what you ordered (wrong occasion, wrong language, or unrelated to the story you shared), email info@famelee.ai and we'll fix it. You're free to use your song commercially and upload it to social media or YouTube — since we don't guarantee how any platform will treat AI-generated music, a platform flagging or restricting your song isn't grounds for a refund.
Live Zoom Access ($99 CAD / month)
A private Zoom link for 1 month of zero-delay live XAUUSD trading sessions, Sunday–Thursday 6:00 PM Toronto (ET), sent by email within 24 hours of purchase. If you haven't received your link within 24 hours, email info@famelee.ai. This is a month-to-month product — it does not auto-renew, and there's nothing to cancel unless you choose to purchase another month.
When We Will Make Things Right
Even though these are final sales, this doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. We'll always resolve the following at no charge — a resend, a fix, or in rare cases a refund:
- Your product was never delivered within the timeframe stated above
- What you received doesn't match what was described or what you ordered
- A technical or payment error on our end (for example, a duplicate charge)
How to Request Help
Email info@famelee.ai with your order details (name, email used at checkout, and product) or reach us via the Contact page. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first — we'd rather resolve it directly than have you file a chargeback with your bank or card provider. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
